The journey begins with a visit to our vineyards to discover the origins of Cerasuolo di Vittoria (the only DOCG in Sicily). The experience continues inside the new cellar, equipped with modern wine production equipment, where it is possible to learn about the wine production systems, as well as the sparkling winemaking systems of the Classic and Charmat methods.

The tour ends with a tasting guided by our enologist or sommelier. Technical tasting of 4 sparkling wines (2 Classic Method and 2 Charmat Method) paired with typical local products and bread with extra virgin olive oil of our production made with “Tonda Iblea” olives.
